The floor structure is built with a galvanized steel frame topped with 22 mm cement board. The walls are made of sandwich panels with a 50 mm EPS core and a 66 mm lightweight steel frame inside, where the electrical piping is concealed. The interior wall surfaces are finished with plasterboard, smoothly leveled and painted. The ceiling is insulated with mineral wool, with plasterboard on the inside and sheet metal on the outside.
Installation recommendation: the building site should be prepared with a reinforced concrete slab that extends around the house by approximately 1.2 meters. At the front, a terrace of the desired size can be constructed at the same time.
